Overview
Role Summary
The Digital, Technology & Transformation Professional plays a key role in delivering business, technology, data, digital, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational initiatives that support organizational objectives. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, operate, support, and continuously improve digital products, enterprise platforms, business processes, technology solutions, and customer experiences.
Depending on the area of specialization, the role may involve business analysis, software engineering, architecture, data management, product delivery, project management, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, service design, customer support, or business transformation activities.
Business & Stakeholder Management

Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and user needs.

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business and technical teams.

Provide recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Digital Product & Solution Delivery

Support the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions and enterprise systems.

Contribute to product roadmaps, project plans, and delivery schedules.

Ensure solutions align with business requirements, organizational standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the solution lifecycle.
Technology Engineering & Operations

Develop, configure, integrate, support, and maintain applications, systems, platforms, and infrastructure.

Monitor application, platform, network, database, and infrastructure performance.

Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

Support release, deployment, change, incident, and problem management processes.

Ensure system reliability, availability, scalability, and maintainability.
Data & Analytics
-
Support data collection, integration, management, analysis, and reporting activities.

Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance compliance.

Develop insights, dashboards, reports, analytics models, or data solutions to support decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
User Experience & Service Design

Participate in user research, service design, process analysis, and customer journey mapping activities.

Design and improve products, interfaces, services, and business processes.
-
Support accessibility, usability, and customer experience standards.

Incorporate user feedback into solution enhancements.
Project & Transformation Delivery

Support digital transformation, modernization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Manage assigned project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
-
Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.

Drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

Contribute to organizational change management activities.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Relevant professional certifications may be advantageous depending on specialization (e.g., Scrum, PMP, ITIL, Cloud, Security, Data, Agile, Architecture, or Product Management certifications).
