How You will Make An Impact:
- Lead end-to-end business testing delivery across projects, releases, BAU changes and production support tracks, ensuring testing coverage is aligned to business priorities and critical customer journeys.
- Drive structured test governance across local and MCC teams, including scope partitioning, execution cadence, readiness checkpoints, progress tracking and issue escalation.
- Oversee functional, sanity, UAT, BRT and end-to-end validation across web and app journeys, with clear readiness criteria and evidence standards.
- Govern defect triage, retest coordination, closure quality and evidence-based sign-off discipline to improve closure confidence and reduce rework.
- Provide decision-quality test status, risk narratives and readiness views to PO, PM, IT, Ops and business stakeholders, with early escalation of blockers and mitigation actions.
- Coach testers on execution discipline, evidence standards and defect writing quality to improve consistency, predictability and overall delivery quality.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital testing, UAT, business testing, release validation or related digital operations roles. Experience in telecom or digital commerce environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business testing, defect governance, release readiness, sign-off control and end-to-end validation across web and mobile app channels.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, analytical thinking, risk articulation and communication skills. Able to influence execution outcomes across cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Good understanding of digital delivery lifecycles, customer journeys, operational readiness and evidence-based quality governance.
