We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for driving the Bank’s organic search visibility, website performance, web analytics and technical optimisation initiatives. The role combines SEO leadership, GEO expertise, web platform ownership and content publishing governance to ensure the Bank’s digital properties deliver high-quality user experiences, strong search visibility, regulatory compliance and business outcomes.

SEO and organic search optimisation

  • Develop and execute the Bank’s SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking and search opportunity analysis.
  • Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking and technical SEO elements.
  • Define technical SEO requirements and collaborate with developers to implement improvements.
  • Monitor crawlability, indexing, site health and search engine performance.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and identify optimisation opportunities for both traditional and AI-driven search environments.

Web analytics and performance management

  • Own web analytics platforms, including GA4, Adobe Analytics and other analytics solutions.
  • Define and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
  • Monitor traffic, engagement and conversion metrics. Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys and conversion performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve website effectiveness.

Website content publishing and optimisation

  • Oversee the publishing, maintenance and optimisation of website content across all Bank digital properties.
  • Review and approve content updates to ensure compliance with SEO, brand, accessibility and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with content owners, product teams and Legal & Compliance stakeholders to facilitate timely content publishing and updates.
  • Ensure website content follows SEO and GEO best practices, including metadata, structured content and internal linking requirements.
  • Conduct periodic content audits and identify opportunities to improve content quality, discoverability and user experience.
  • Monitor publishing activities and content-related support requests, ensuring service levels and quality standards are maintained.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, web analytics and website management.
  • Experience managing enterprise websites and CMS platforms.
  • Experience working with development teams, web vendors and digital agencies.
  • Experience within banking, wealth management or regulated industries is preferred.

Technical knowledge

  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO and GEO.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SEO implementation requirements.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, CRM integrations and tag management tools.
  • Understanding of website hosting, deployments, accessibility and security principles.
