The Credit Management Business Analyst will support the implementation of Project New Core, a strategic transformation programme to modernise and simplify Singtel Group’s Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, Customer Management, and Credit Management capabilities.
The incumbent will work closely with Business SMEs, Project Managers, Solution Architects, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to analyse business requirements, define future-state processes, validate solution designs, support testing activities, and facilitate successful business adoption.
This is a project-focused role responsible for ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions while maintaining operational continuity throughout the transformation programme.

Business Analysis & Requirements
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Review and validate business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
- Analyse existing (“As-Is”) business processes and define future (“To-Be”) operating models.
- Identify process gaps, business risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support solution walkthroughs and business design discussions.
Functional Design
- Review functional specifications prepared by vendors and IT teams.
- Validate solution design against approved business requirements.
- Ensure Credit
- Management business rules are accurately reflected in the solution.
- Participate in design reviews and sign-off activities.
Testing
Support end-to-end testing activities including:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Business Readiness Testing (BRT)
- Regression Testing
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing test scenarios.
- Developing test cases.
- Executing test scripts.
- Recording defects.
- Performing defect retesting.
- Supporting business users during testing.
- Coordinating issue resolution with IT and vendors.
