How You will Make An Impact:

  • Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Managed SASE service portfolio.
  • Lead the planning, design, and engineering of multi-tenant SASE platforms and service infrastructure.
  • Evaluate new technologies and conduct PoCs to introduce innovative service capabilities.
  • Drive product lifecycle management, including feature enhancements, software upgrades, and platform modernization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, and Technical Pre-Sales to deliver market-ready managed services.
  • Establish architecture standards, security governance, and engineering best practices to ensure service reliability and compliance.
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve service provisioning, operations, and customer experience.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and technical escalations.
  • Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budget, tracking project expenditure, software licenses and infrastructure investments.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and governance for cross-functional projects and service enhancements.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise/System Intergator/Telco Environment.
  • CCNP or equivalent.
  • StSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS and SDWAN technologies.
