What you do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and transitioning our small and medium-sized businesses into the industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to create tailored financial solutions for SMEs.
– Active acquisition of SME clients through deal origination and term sheet pitching to clients.
– Credit proposals to cover financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cashflow projections.
– Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share of wallet through curated financing solutions.
– Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of portfolio of customers onboarded
– Embrace Digitalization and Support Group Strategies
– Ensure compliance of banking polices and business processes
Who you are
– Degree holder in Finance, Business, Banking or related discipline
– Min 2 years business banking experience
– Well-versed in Trade Finance and other Business Banking products
– Driven, energetic and quick to learn
– Results oriented & independent team player
