Be a Part of Something BIG!
The Associate Director, PropTech Innovation & Strategic Partnerships will support Singtel Group Property to shape and drive its property technology innovation programme and strategic partnerships, and co-create new Enterprise and Consumer solutions and business opportunities.
The role leads the development of technology-enabled innovations and solutions, commercial models and ecosystem partnerships, with a flagship mandate under the Workplace28 technology programme and the new Comcentre HQ as a lighthouse for innovation.
Technology and data are leveraged as enablers to enhance workplace, people and tenant experience, and improve asset performance – not as ends in themselves. The role will connect Singtel’s built environments with its operating businesses and people, using Singtel’s properties and workplaces as real-world platforms to co-create, test and validate new solutions, and translate proven solutions into customer propositions and commercial opportunities.
The incumbent will manage opportunities from discovery and business case through partnership, funding, validation and operationalisation, and scale successful solutions across Singtel’s wider property portfolio. Working across Group Property, Workplace, Consumer, Enterprise, IT, Digital, other business units and ecosystem partners, the role will establish a disciplined Innovation Framework and Partnership Ecosystem to prioritise, develop and scale opportunities that deliver meaningful people, customer, operational and commercial value.

- Assess opportunities based on customer/user value, business impact, strategic relevance, scalability and commercial potential, working with technical teams to assess feasibility.
- Establish clear governance, stage-gates and go / no-go criteria, and track innovation investment, progress and realised benefits.

Customer Solutions & Use-Case Development
- Ensure innovation starts with a real customer or business problem, rather than with the technology.
- Identify and understand the needs of our customers – employees, businesses and future tenants, translating them into high-value use cases and solution opportunities.
- Develop customer journeys, solution concepts, value propositions, business requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Work across Workplace, Group Property, Consumer and Enterprise to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and asset performance.
- Validate propositions with users and stakeholders before significant investment or deployment
