We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale CRM and digital transformation solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, and AI technologies.
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Define data migration, security, governance, and deployment strategies.
- Drive AI adoption using Dynamics embedded Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor project teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and stakeholder engagement.
About You
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM implementations.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Service / Customer Engagement & Power Platform
- Strong experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with integration, data migration, security, and solution governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects in both Commercial Cloud and Government Cloud environments.
- Experience deploying solutions on Azure and AWS.
- Advanced knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure OpenAI.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure are highly desirable.
