This role is part of the International Business Management team and is responsible in delivering a coordinated operating model across BOS Branches, Affiliates, Representative Offices and Subsidiaries (“BAROS”). Key duties include:

  • Drive the alignment of business policies, processes and platforms across BOS BAROS – leading the underlying analysis, developing proposed common standards with local COO teams and tracking completion.
  • Support the design and lead the implementation of a global operating model calibrated to the Bank’s focus markets, translating the target model into detailed rollout plans that enable the franchise to scale.
  • Execute globalization and standardization initiatives – mapping current-state processes across entities, identifying alignment opportunities, designing standardized processes and driving their rollout to create consistency and risk-control benefit.
  • Manage cross-entity, cross functional initiatives end-to-end, including planning, workstream coordination, dependency tracking, benefits realization and reporting.
  • Review, assess and monitor local variation or exception handling requests.
  • Support the interface between Head Office and BAROS – coordinating information flow in both directions, preparing materials, acting as day-to-day contact point for entities on operating model-matters and following through on agreed actions.
  • Produce management information, analysis and reporting for decision making and prepare materials for governance and leadership forums.
  • Build strong, credible working relationships across entities and functions to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of International Business Management.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in financial services – private banking or wealth management preferred.
  • Strong track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • Experience in operating-model and process design, and comfortable with mapping and standardizing processes across multiple teams and entities.
  • Data-literate, able to turn operational complexity into clear analysis and management information.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across functions and jurisdictions.
  • Pragmatic understanding of first-line risk and control and regulatory environment shaping private banking.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity, is hands-on and proactive.
