Overview
As Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Perform, monitor and/or review customers due diligence, onboarding of customers to assure compliance with the AML rules and requirements.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of accounts and opportunities for purposes of onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce.

Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.

Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.

Complete the annual compliance monitoring program.

Any other compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects.
Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree.
-
5 years of experience in Compliance in a investment bank or External Audit.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Good understanding of MAS’ regulatory compliance requirements; including but not limited related applicable laws and industry best practice.
