You will play a key role in building the Group’s Process Mining capability, leveraging system-generated data to bring greater transparency to customer and operational journeys. Building on these insights, you will contribute to the Group’s digital transformation agenda by helping translate opportunities into technology-enabled solutions that address business challenges and create measurable value. This includes evaluating emerging technologies, developing solution concepts and supporting the implementation and adoption of innovative approaches across the organisation.

You will also contribute to the evolution of GOE’s transformation capabilities by applying data-driven methodologies, exploring new technologies and supporting initiatives that strengthen how transformation is identified and delivered across the Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business transformation, technology and data, helping shape enterprise-wide initiatives while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking intellectually curious and driven individuals who are passionate about applying technology, data and innovation to solve complex business problems and create meaningful impact.

Candidates should typically have 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, analytics, digital transformation, technology or related fields.

Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential.

Key attributes include:
