As a Contract Executive in Group Human Resources (GHR), you will play a critical role in shaping the bank’s compensation and benefits strategy. You will work on exciting projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and contribute to the development of policies and programs that impact the lives of our employees.

How you succeed 

Be a key support for the Group Compensation & Benefits team partnering with multiple entities across OCBC Group to implement compensation and benefits initiatives

What you do

  • Support in the communication and implementation of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes across OCBC Group
  • Support the annual identification exercise for Material Risk Takers
  • Be involved in HR projects such as implementation of compensation and benefits modules via new core hr system
  • Support global mobility work
  • Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
  • Support Share Portal system enhancements, including requirements gathering and UAT
  • Prepare documentation for annual due diligence for existing vendor
  • Support team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor
  • Support Share Plan Administration across all 3 share plans (ESPP, ESOS and DSP)

Qualifications

 

Who you are

  • Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
  • Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to details with good project management skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical and numerate. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive in initiating and recommending changes in order to improve existing processes.
