Our Corporate Support Services team provides practical and effective assistance to organisations from top-tier multinationals, to small and medium enterprises, as well as start-ups across a wide range of industries.

You will be part of our Company Secretarial Unit and work with clients in the corporate secretarial functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. You will gain the opportunity to work with global companies and work on full fledge of corporate secretarial functions such as Entity Creation, Entity Management, Entity Dissolution and understanding the best practices and governances.

How will you value-add?

  • Manage a portfolio of clients by providing corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients  with minimal supervision.

  • Assist with customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring).

  • Filing of returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

  • Prepare and stay updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations.

  • Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.

  • Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of Directors and Shareholders.

  • Maintain registers and minute book.

  • Advice on company law and corporate secretarial practice.

  • Other incidental work as assigned from time to time.

About you

  • Degree and/or Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related disciplines.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in corporate secretarial

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

  • Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) will be advantages
