How You will Make An Impact:

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Management Executive to join our finance team. This role focuses on corporate receivables, credit assessment, and ensuring effective credit management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage corporate accounts receivable portfolio
  • Conduct credit assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquency
  • Follow up with customers on payments, ensure accurate posting, and resolve disputes
  • Review overdue accounts and initiate collection actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and pricing discrepancies
  • Assess and approve release of sales orders
  • Perform suspension and restoration of services when required
  • Host Debt Review meetings with Sales teams
  • Prepare monthly aging, operational, and management reports
  • Support audit queries and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in credit management processes
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or financial operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP HANA and reporting tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
