The Credit Management Associate Business Analyst will support the implementation of Project New Core, a strategic transformation programme to modernise and simplify Singtel Group’s Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, Customer Management and Credit Management capabilities.

 

The incumbent will work closely with Credit Management Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT teams and vendors to support requirements documentation, process reviews, testing, data validation and project coordination activities.

 

This is a project support role focused on assisting the Credit Management team in ensuring that business requirements, testing activities and project documentation are properly captured, tracked and completed throughout the implementation of Project New Core.

 

 

 

Make An Impact By

 

 

Business Requirements Support

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from Credit Management users and SMEs.
  • Participate in requirements workshops and working sessions.
  • Document meeting discussions, business requirements, decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in reviewing existing business processes and identifying differences between current and proposed processes.
  • Maintain requirements, action items and supporting project documentation.
  • Escalate requirement gaps or inconsistencies to the Business Analyst or Credit Management Manager for review.

 

 

Functional and Process Support

  • Support the review of functional specifications and solution documents prepared by IT teams and vendors.
  • Assist Business SMEs in checking whether documented requirements are reflected in the proposed solution.
  • Maintain process flows, requirement trackers and clarification logs.
  • Participate in solution walkthroughs and design discussions as required.
  • Record business feedback, outstanding questions and agreed actions for follow-up.

 

 

Testing Support

Support project testing activities including:

  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Business Readiness Testing (BRT)
  • Regression Testing

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of test scenarios and test cases.
  • Preparing and maintaining test data.
  • Executing assigned test scripts.
  • Recording test results and maintaining test evidence.
  • Logging defects and providing supporting information.
  • Performing defect retesting following system fixes.
