About the Role
As a Data Analyst your role will be but not limited to the following:

Immerse yourself in the core of our clients’ businesses, grasping their goals and demands, and transforming these insights into actionable data strategies through a rich understanding of business dynamics.

Your journey begins with talking to business stakeholders to uncover opportunities to create a data driven business unit, collecting and scrutinizing data, uncovering hidden patterns and generating initial insights that pave the way for hypothesis formulation.

Your expertise transcends data; you will gain deep insights into business processes, mastering their intricacies to identify challenges and design impactful solutions that drive substantial transformation.

You will establish and enforce standards and policies that safeguard our clients’ most critical assets, ensuring data is secure, private, accurate, accessible, and, crucially, actionable.

Your proficiency extends to data management, migration, strategic planning, change management, and navigating policy and regulatory landscapes.

About You
Required Skills and Experience
-
5 to 8 years of Data Analyst experience in dealing with healthcare stakeholders (hospital operations, corporate functions and senior leaders)

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities
-
Capture requirements, drive design thinking workshop, create documentation like functional specs and/or user guide.

Conduct business testing and support user testing
-
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Comfortable working with statistics.

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong Business acumen and understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges in data
-
Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude.

Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities.

Past experience in Healthcare is mandatory
