We are looking for a Finance Manager to partner with regional business leaders in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance. 

How You will Make An Impact:

 

Business Partnering & Financial Planning

  • Partner with regional senior leaders across Engineering & Development, Product & Development, and Investment & Strategy.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business plans.
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on financial performance.
  • Monitor and track regional cost recovery KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

  • Support Finance leadership with competitor benchmarking and industry analysis.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to automate the collection, consolidation, and analysis of internal and external data.
  • Deliver regular market updates, including financial performance and investment trends.
  • Provide insights to support strategic planning and investment decision-making.

Sustainability & ESG Reporting

  • Support Group sustainability reporting requirements, including data validation.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance

  • Oversee financial reporting for the assigned Nxera subsidiary.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Liaise with external auditors on statutory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments.

 

Good to Have

  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred.
  • Prior experience in the infrastructure or data centre sector is an advantage.
