Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing audit workflows to identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and process improvement.

Collaborate with senior team members, auditors, and risk assurance professionals to translate audit needs into practical AI and automation solutions.

Support the design, development, testing, and validation of AI/ML models, including classical machine learning, NLP, and generative AI applications.

Help build AI-enabled tools such as intelligent assistants, workflow automation solutions, and knowledge retrieval systems.

Participate in prototyping, validating, and deploying AI solutions from concept to production under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in data preparation, data integration, and maintaining data pipelines across audit, finance, risk, and enterprise systems.

Work with a variety of data types from multiple systems, including financial data, audit workpapers, policies, reports, and business documents.

Support documentation, training materials, and user adoption efforts to help audit teams effectively use new AI and automation tools.

Stay informed of emerging AI, automation, and audit technology trends and assess their potential application to audit and assurance work.

Adhere to firm policies, regulatory standards, data privacy requirements, and responsible AI principles when developing and supporting solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

Foundational understanding of, and hands-on exposure to, AI, machine learning, data analytics, generative AI, or automation technologies.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is preferred.

Interest in financial services, risk assurance, audit, compliance, or regulatory environments is advantageous; prior audit experience is not required.

Exposure to cloud platforms, workflow automation tools, generative AI platforms, or data visualization tools is advantageous.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.

Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn, and interested in how AI and automation can transform audit and assurance processes.

Adaptable and open to feedback, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
