Key Responsibilities:
Our Human Capital Services & Solutions team sits at the heart of PwC Singapore’s people experience—delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR support that enables our employees and leaders to do their best work every day.
As the engine behind HR operations, we manage a diverse portfolio spanning onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR systems governance.
As a HR Services and Solutions Intern, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of operational HR activities and the chance to build a strong foundation in HR critical skills. Your responsibilities include:

Support employee lifecycle processes by assisting with onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees.

Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

Maintain and reconcile leave records for reporting and payroll purposes

Support the team in attending to staff enquiries relating to HR policies, processes and administrative matters in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Provide operational and administrative support in relation to staff welfare administration, billing and payment matters

Support process efficiency by tracking and following up on tasks and transactions to ensure timely completion and high service standards.

Participate in HR-related initiatives and projects that support process improvement, operational excellence and overall employee experience.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the firm to support effective HR service delivery

Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency and contribute to AI initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in building a strong foundation in HR operations and shared services within a dynamic professional environment.

Students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines are preferred.

Strong interest in human resources, HR operations or shared services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with stakeholders across different levels.

Meticulous, well-organised and attentive to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

A positive team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where both quality and speed are important.
