This role will primarily support the validation and preparation of Audit Committee papers (including NAS, IPT and Follow up reporting), as well the administrative and secretarial requirements for the Audit Committee.
Additionally, this role will support the Audit managers in the execution of internal audit reviews to identify control deficiencies and areas for improvement.
Make an Impact by
- Conduct checks and review to prepare Audit Committee papers including Non-Audit Services (NAS), Interested Parties Transactions (IPT) and Follow-up of Implementation Status for Management Actions.
- Support Audit Committee secretariat office matters including collation, preparation of materials and logistics as assigned. Also, being a key liaison for arrangement of regular and ad-hoc meetings with Audit Committee members and Management.
- Support Revenue Assurance (RA) audits by working with the lead and audit team members to complete audit procedures including validation of supporting documents/evidence, data extraction and comparison.
- Support administrative tasks including updating of audit universe and creation of audit plan on Audit Management system, scheduling of regular RA Team meetings and as assigned. Collate and prepare meeting materials as required by Associate Director and Senior Director for Revenue Assurance.
Skills for Success
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Accountancy
- 1-2 years in internal or external audit with relevant experience in accountancy / Audit and Risk Management
- Well-spoken and written English language
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
