Make an impact by

 

  • Develop and execute strategies for expanding data center operations into new countries, in alignment with RDC’s overall business objectives, in collaboration with the RDC strategy team.
  • Oversee all aspects of expansion projects, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competition, and evaluate regulatory landscapes in target countries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and local authorities to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners such as local collaborators, real estate developers, and technology vendors to support expansion efforts.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate with partners, vendors, and government agencies to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on business development progress.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the expansion process.

 

Skill for success

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related field), Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in data centre operations and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; comfortable working with cross-cultural and regional teams.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
