How you succeed

Strong analytical and computational skills, working knowledge of SQL and Python.

Basic understanding of risk management concepts and banking products.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Independent, creative and pro-active problem-solving mindset.

Project / Change management.

Good understanding of Basel III and IFRS regulations and credit products.

Experience in building credit risk models, for example, IRB/IFRS/stress tests models.

Experience in stress testing.
What you do
-
Own and manage end to end delivery of transformational initiatives for credit risk and stress testing applications.

Design and implementation of Credit RWA and stress testing solutions.

Independently assess whether credit risk models are fit for purpose – the scope includes newly developed / existing IRB and ECL models for both retail and non-retail portfolios.

Collaboration across functional areas of other portfolio management initiatives (e.g. credit concentration risk management, ESG risk management etc.).

Be involved in other initiatives to pick up deep understanding on areas like Credit RWA and ECL.

Conduct research on leading industry practices and keep our methodology and guidelines up to date.
