As a Property Manager at OCBC Property Services, you will play a key role in managing property operations, facilities services, and Operational Technology (OT) systems that support critical building functions. You will drive the reliability, security, compliance, and optimisation of smart building technologies to ensure seamless, efficient, and resilient operations across the property portfolio.

To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong combination of technical expertise, operational knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. You will partner with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to ensure OT systems remain resilient, secure and fit for purpose. Success will be measured by your ability to drive system reliability, strengthen cybersecurity compliance, manage technology risks, and continuously improve operational efficiency through innovation and digitalisation.
What you do

Managing the lifecycle, performance, and reliability of Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting property and facilities operations.

Overseeing systems such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Chiller Plant Operating Systems (CPOS), CCTV, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), Carpark Management Systems, and other building technologies.

Ensuring OT systems comply with the Bank’s cybersecurity, technology risk management, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Leading technology risk assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, and operational resilience initiatives for OT assets.

Managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance partners to ensure contractual, service level, and performance requirements are achieved.

Driving system upgrades, technology refresh programmes, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Monitoring system performance, availability, and incidents while ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

Establishing governance, documentation, and operational processes to ensure effective system management and regulatory compliance.
Who you are
-
Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in property management, facilities management, building operations, smart building technologies, or Operational Technology environments.

Strong knowledge of building systems, including BMS, HVAC controls, CCTV, EACS, and other OT systems.

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, technology risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements applicable to OT environments.

Experience managing vendors, system integrators, maintenance contracts, and technology projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, IoT, system integration, and smart building solutions will be an advantage.
