How You will Make An Impact:
- Analyse customer, product and business data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to track product and business performance.
- Translate business questions into data and reporting requirements.
- Present insights and recommendations to support data-driven product decisions.
- Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting product requirements.
- Work with IT and other stakeholders on data requirements, product development and delivery.
- Support product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements, go-to-market initiatives and post-launch performance analysis.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
- Develop simple scripts or analytical workflows to improve data extraction and analysis where required.
Skills for Success:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI, including data preparation, data modelling and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks and/or advanced Excel is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into useful insights.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and suggest better ways of doing things.
- Interested in learning how products are built, launched, improved and grown.
