Make an Impact by:
Product Performance & Financial Ownership
- Own and drive product performance including Revenue and Gross Margin.
- Define pricing strategies and optimise cost structures to improve profitability.
- Monitor product performance and implement initiatives to achieve financial targets.
Product Strategy, Roadmap & Market Insights
- Define product strategy and maintain a competitive, customer-centric roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Analyse customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape and translate insights into product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Drive timely delivery of roadmap initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and Network teams.
- Identify product gaps and lead enhancements to strengthen value proposition.
Growth: Adoption, Retention & Market Expansion
- Drive product adoption and penetration across existing customer base.
- Improve customer retention through service enhancements and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Sales to acquire new logos and expand market share.
Sales Engagement, Enablement & Deal Support
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for IPVPN & GIS products, supporting Sales and Pre-sales in customer engagements, solutioning, and deal structuring.
- Lead product inputs for RFPs, tenders, and large enterprise deals, including defining solution scope, service capabilities, and SLA commitments.
- Develop product collaterals, sales kits, and training materials to enable effective selling.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and regional teams.
- Ensure product requirements are integrated into systems, processes, and service delivery models.
- Drive product governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development in the telecom or ICT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IPVPN, WAN, enterprise networking, and managed connectivity solutions is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing product P&L, developing business case and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Strategic thinking and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
