Premier Relationship Officer – International Wealth

How You Succeed

To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, responsive, and customer-focused. You will collaborate closely with the International Wealth Premier team to understand client needs, provide timely support, and ensure seamless execution of client requests. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional client service.

What You Do

-Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.

-Strengthen Premier Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management.

-Provide good and productive operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs).

-Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions.

-Provide service and marketing support for all Premier Banking transactions.

-Ensure superior customer service to contribute positively to the overall Premier Banking customer experience.

-Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team.

-Manage client documentation and data entry accurately.

-Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

-Maintain accurate records and reports.

Who You Are

-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

-At least a Diploma qualification (Degree is desirable).

-Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

-Strong operational knowledge.

-Pleasant personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
