Service Manager

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving success.
What you do
- Support Relationship Managers in delivering consistent and high‑quality service to customers within the Real Estate and Construction sector.
- Perform daily account monitoring to promptly identify, process, and escalate excesses and overdue items as required.
- Handle the pre‑processing of customer applications, including account opening, documentation checks, and follow‑ups with customers to address discrepancies or obtain clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal business partners to ensure timely execution of transactions such as loan drawdowns, time deposit placements, and fund transfers/remittances.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring project‑related information for customers in the Construction sector.
- Compile and coordinate operational reports to support departmental needs and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Who you are
- A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers consistently.
- Possesses positive attitude, meticulous, takes initiative, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to meet multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A fast learner to acquire the knowledge of work processes, procedures/policies and regulatory & compliance guidelines in order to provide the required service support to our customers.
- Good communication (written/spoken) and interpersonal skill to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers, Credit Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of operational processes and timely resolution of issues.
- Experience in banking or customer service environment will be an added advantage.
