Responsibilities:
- Alleviate manual processes with inception of modern analytical software (PowerBI; MS Co-pilot etc)
- Co-manage sales analytics to provide insights for performance and opportunities
- Streamline processes for voucher related claims from SERs
- Analyze and administer payment for Customer Services Transactions
- Assist in upkeep and maintenance of monthly department budget
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
- Commit to a 6-months internship
- IT savvy with keen understanding of mobile technology/knowledge
- Proficiency in database/data visualization software (eg. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Results oriented and have strong commercial fundamentals & good business acumen
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
