Be part of the innovative team that drives the future of Global Consumer Financial Services at OCBC. As an Experience Marketing Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your marketing skills and contribute to the execution of campaigns, initiatives, and events that drive footfall and acquisition at OCBC’s new generation of branches and across all CFS Products/Projects/Segments initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Experience Marketing team to deliver high-quality results and gain exposure to marketing strategies and tactics.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities, and have a strong sense of creativity. You’ll work closely with the Experience Marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop and coordinate advertising materials, and create engaging social media content. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events to drive footfall and acquisition at OCBC’s new generation of branches and across all CFS Products/Projects/Segments initiatives.
• Campaign Planning and Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, development and coordination of advertising materials (traditional and digital) and website content.
• Social Media Content Creation: Support in the ideation and production of social media content to promote the next generation branches’ activations and all CFS Products/Projects/Segments initiatives.
• Event Management: Organise and run related marketing events and shoots.
• Campaign Monitoring and Optimisation: Campaigns set up, clearances, monitoring, reporting and optimise campaign results for improved performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a supporting point of contact and collaborate with our partners and stakeholders (as needed) to roll out strategic marketing plans for Credit Cards, Usage offer, Acquisition, Deposits and OCBC App, Investments and Insurance, Affluent and Personal Segments.
• Administrative Support: Assist in administrative matters, processing of invoices and fulfilment of promotions.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis of the CFS landscape/space.
• In-house Video Production: Assist with in-house social videos storyboarding and production.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist with Adobe Dashboards, SEO optimisation operational work, adhoc teamsite requests on maintenance updates, Adobe Target deployment and personalisation work, and adhoc acoustic reporting requirements.

• Currently pursuing a degree.
