The Amazon Compliance and Security Assurance team is responsible for demonstrating the governance and security controls of services offered by Amazon. At Amazon scale, we must invent new ways to provide the highest level of assurance to our most regulatory conscious customers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who can deliver a team and strategy to apply broad risk, compliance and regulatory knowledge to challenging and complex Assurance initiatives in Asia–Pacific, Japan and Australia.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 10+ years of tech industry experience
– 7+ years of management experience
– 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 8+ years managing large scale projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
– Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
– Subject matter expertise in responsible AI, security, regulations applicable to cloud services or similar technology businesses, and compliance activities.
