Make an Impact by
- Lead a Pre-Sales Team to provide technical support to Sales Team on Managed Roaming business development.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- To support Business Managers for new leads on technical solution proposal preparation and preaching.
- To handle customer onboarding and subsequent customization deployment.
- To co-ordinate customers with various technical stakeholders including platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
- To provide after sales technical support. Understand customers’ needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
- To handle customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
- To liaise with network and platform vendor on license and platform expansion.
- To evaluate network and platform vendors’ change requests
- To manage and develop platform capability to cater with evolving business.
Skills for Success
- Degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in a pre-sales and/or product development environment
- Comfortable with numbers
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
