International Digital Services (Group Singtel) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group’s transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business, innovation and commercialization in the Enterprise and SME segments.
Join us in a pivotal role that merges passion for technology with exceptional leadership skills to develop new revenue opportunities in Cloud and ICT. In this role, you will proactively identify, onboard and manage relationships with Cloud providers, ISVs and other strategic partners. With a solid foundation in product management, you will oversee the operational aspects of launching new cloud-based solutions into our platform. We are seeking an experienced, and highly independent individual to join the dynamic team

Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and management relationships with key partners and ISVs.
- Evaluate potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities to strengthen marketplace offerings.
- Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management
- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements with partners and vendors, ensuring favorable business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and opportunities for future growth.
Product Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, sales, marketing, and customer care to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.
Product Development
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication of product specifications, priorities, timelines, and deliverables between technical and business teams.
- Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business goals, customer requirements, and overall strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, technology, sales, customer care, and external partners.
- Regularly communicate updates, progress, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills for Success
- Degree in Business Admin., IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in product management, partnership development, or business development, preferably in Cloud, ICT or Tech environments.
- Demonstrated ability in contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and/or successfully bringing new products/services to market.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis amd go-to-market strategies.
- Strong cross-functional team/ project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, good analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Presentation skills including slides preparation, written and verbal communication.
