Make an Impact by

5G & Innovation:

• Drive adoption of 5G plans and services across consumer segments.
• Educate and engage with customers on 5G through marketing communication, frontline training and customer engagement.
• Partner with Network and IT to continue to commercialise next-gen connectivity solutions.

Value Added Services:

• E2E responsibilities for select VASes portfolio, driving sign-up at point of sales, in base adoption and managing churn.
• Launch and scale new value-added services for mobile subscribers.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape, to understand customer needs.
• Manage promotions, pricing and service positioning.
• Track and analyses weekly and monthly key financial and performance indicators to ensure the respective products and initiatives are on track to hit the P&L and business case targets.

Strategic Projects:

• Project management for high impact, strategic projects across products and segments.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver on project objectives and timelines.
• Manage customer experience and communications with regards to regulatory changes/technological advancements and their impact on customer experienc

Skills for Success

• Min Degree in Business Administration
• Min 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development

• Strong P&L management skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Process thinking and shaping customer experience
• Good business acumen, able to bring the story behind the numbers
