Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of the EUC asset life cycle, including planning and overseeing of deployment (e.g. staff onboarding), loan, refresh, and retirement (staff offboarding) of end-user devices ensuring timely updates and replacements.

Assist in software packaging, release, and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient software updates.

Provide IT support, including technical troubleshooting, software installation, and upgrades.

Help with post-resolution follow-ups of incidents and fulfill IT service requests.

Participate in the Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, security, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of all EUC assets, including their status, location, and user assignments.

Ensure that all end-user devices comply with the firm’s security policies and standards.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a diploma program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.

Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in troubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.

Strong interest in providing excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.

Familiarity with IT asset management principles and best practices is a plus.

Awareness of security policies and standards related to end-user devices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
