Salesforce CRM Management
- Basic Maintenance: Assist in improving Salesforce CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports under supervision.
- Data Updates: Support regular updates and cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy.
- User Support: Help address straightforward end-user inquiries and provide guidance on basic Salesforce features.
- Testing Assistance: Support user acceptance testing for Salesforce updates that impact workflows.
Business Process Support
- Process Observation: Participate in identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in workflows.
- Documentation: Assist in creating simple process maps and gather information for process optimization strategies.
- Collaboration: Work alongside team members to implement process improvements.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Data Gathering: Assist in collecting data for analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Dashboard Updates: Help maintain dashboards for tracking sales and operations performance.
- KPI Support: Monitor basic key performance indicators under guidance.
Training & Support
- Training Participation: Attend training sessions to learn about Salesforce usage and best practices.
- Support Role: Provide first-level assistance for CRM-related queries from team members.
About You
- 2-3 years in a related role or internship; pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce administration or analysis; certification is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Meticulous and self-motivated with ability to follow-through tasks with tight deadlines
- Adaptable with a can-do attitude towards changing priorities
- Proficiency in automation tools within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with marketing or sales operations workflows.
