What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to business leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for critical roles across corporate and technology functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies through thoughtful intake conversations.
  • Execute creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates using multiple channels and outreach techniques.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and guide hiring teams on selection processes to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
  • Drive a seamless and positive candidate experience, managing the entire hiring journey with professionalism and care.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics, optimize processes, and provide market insights that influence hiring strategies.
  • Challenge hiring assumptions with data-backed recommendations, fostering a consultative partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, speed, and quality while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support diversity and inclusion hiring efforts, championing best practices and mitigating unconscious bias.

 

About You

  • Possesses over 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment with MNCs.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong experience hiring for corporate functions; exposure to tech hiring is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in building innovative sourcing strategies and managing complex recruitment pipelines.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
  • Skilled in offer negotiations and managing high-stakes candidate scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and intricate recruitment workflows.
  • Strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR status is essential.
