We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Singtel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts that require high-touch coverage and selling core telco and ICT services into these accounts. The Account Manager will drive and meet the FY26 bill revenue target through ongoing active engagements with key accounts in the education, shipping, and manufacturing verticals.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts requiring high-touch coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the education, shipping, and manufacturing verticals.
- Drive sales and revenue growth to meet the FY26 bill revenue target.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress towards revenue targets.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
