As a Sales Support Executive, this incumbent involves in managing and tracking sales opportunities, customer contracts, and vendor renewals to ensure timely follow-ups. The position also supports reporting by analysing sales metrics and maintaining dashboards.

 

What will you do?

Sales Support & Operations

  • Monitor and track all sales opportunities across the pipeline; ensure accurate status
  • updates and follow-ups
  • Track customer contracts and third-party vendor maintenance/license renewal dates
  • and proactively notify internal teams to follow-up
  • Prepare quotations and cost sheets, including sourcing and comparing multiple
  • vendors’ quotes to support competitive pricing strategies

Reporting & Insights

  • Collate, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue performance to
  • provide actionable insights to the team and management
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible sales dashboards, trackers, and reporting files

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with practice leads to support product launches, including creating tools
  • (e.g., sizing tools), presentation slides, and related prep work.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining sales collateral such as pitch decks, product
  • slides, and case studies.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by providing operational and research
  • support.

Administrative & Process Management

  • Support Cyber Sales staff onboarding / offboarding
  • Work with People & Culture (P&C) to track staff certifications and trainings
  • Plan and coordinate annual Sales Kick-off (SKO) and periodic team bonding sessions
  • Continuously review current sales processes; propose and implement improvements
  • using tools and software to enhance workflow efficiency and data tracking

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology – related studies
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates good communication and listening skills.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skill, meticulous, proactive and resourceful.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and project management systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
