Part of the Singtel 8George team, responsible for the learning operations end to end. Learning Operations include programme and process delivery, process optimization and driving process improvements.

 

Learning Programme Delivery 

  • Proficient with LMS (such as SAP SucessFactor).
  • Ensure all Learning Operations processes are in place to support Programme design and delivery.
  • Ensure timelines are met for all Learning Operations processes (e.g creating courses/classes in LMS, course registration matters, processing invoices).
  • Maintain effective communications across all stakeholders and work closely with the 8 George programme management team to drive process optimisation.

 

8 George Building Operations

  • Partner with Facilities Management to support smooth operations and running of the 8 George Academy.
  • Support for big events such as Town halls, TE Day, BIG Learning Fiesta etc.
  • Collaborate with IT and 8 George AV vendor to ensure Tech maintenance across all meeting and training rooms.

 

Reporting and Metrics

  • Provide learning dashboards, consolidated feedback reports and room utilization reports monthly.
  • Responsible for Knowledge Management System across the 8 George team.

 

Process Innovation and Redesign

  • Undertake projects to drive continuous improvements e.g automation, process streamlining.
  • Ensure operational activities remain in compliance per company procedures and policies.
  • Support audit activities as per schedule.

 

Skills for Success

  • Diploma / Bach Degree or with related relevant experience in Operations.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administration / Operational role.
  • Have an eye for detail and well organized to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Cultivate good working relationships with all stakeholders and vendors to contribute to team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude with integrity, sense of responsibility to drive operational excellence.
