About the role
- As an LMS Consultant we will look up to you to make assessments and gather requirements to tailor the LMS solution to the client’s specific needs.
- Configure the LMS platform according to client specifications, including user roles, permissions, content libraries, and reporting structures.
- Integrate the LMS with existing systems such as HRIS, SIS, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.
- Understand client feedback throughout the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest enhancements or additional features that could benefit the client’s learning strategy.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP
- Proven experience in LMS implementation or similar consultancy roles.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies.
- Experience with project management software and methodologies.
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other e-learning standards and tools.
