What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Innovation Team in building prototypes and proof-of-concepts using new technologies like AI, cloud, IoT, and automation.
  • Assisting in technical exploration, research, and hands-on testing of new tools and frameworks.
  • Contributing to pilot projects and internal experiments to validate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborating with engineers and product owners to develop and refine technical solutions for our digital channels.
  • Preparing technical documentation, process notes, and findings for internal sharing and knowledge dissemination.
  • Participating in team brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas.

Who you work with

You’ll be joining the Digital Channels Innovation Team within Group Engineering – a team dedicated to exploring and implementing the latest technologies to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our customers. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, product owners, and designers, gaining valuable insights into the entire innovation lifecycle.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Possesses a strong interest in innovation, emerging technologies, and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
  • Exhibits good communication and teamwork skills.
  • (Bonus) Exposure to cloud platforms, AI/ML, or low-code/no-code tools.
