What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Opportunity Identification: Identify and recommend strategic opportunities for OCBC to expand its market share, enhance client engagement, and generate new revenue streams.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and market landscaping on key sectors like Digital Money and Digital Infrastructure to uncover trends, pain points, and areas for innovation.
  • Product Development Support: Support the full product development lifecycle, from research and documentation to testing coordination and go-to-market preparation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and track project milestones.
  • Presentation & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and innovation workshops.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Support other strategic initiatives driven by the Digital Solutions team.

Who you are

  • Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Prior project experience in financial services or with corporate reporting is a plus.
