We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Lead to accelerate customer acquisition, improve and optimise current and new campaigns for conversion. The candidate should be able to translate data driven insights into personalised marketing campaigns to meet the business objectives (acquisition/retention). They will identify opportunities and execute high-impact conversion driven campaigns across OCBC Consumer Financial Services (CFS) owned and earned media channels. The ideal candidate has led Agile business squads to deliver strategic initiatives, applying Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration, accelerate delivery timelines, and improve project outcomes. The candidate is experienced in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder engagement.
What you do
Growth Strategy & Planning:
- Support Consumer Financial Services (CFS) Businesses in the end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution, from ideation to implementation to achieve strategic goals and KPIs.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Business Teams to ideate, identify and craft acquisition/retention strategies to meet specific business objectives.
- Use data to identify, prioritise and implement the growth opportunities across segments, products, and channels.
- Ability to steer working teams to ideate and execute and deliver impact.
- Present clear and data led recommendations to stakeholders and adjust strategies based on results.
- Manage the set budget and ensure compliance with various MAS regulations for the campaigns
- Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and techniques that would be relevant for our business, vet them and test as appropriate
Acquisition & Conversion Optimisation:
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g. SEM, paid social, display) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing across digital touchpoints (web, app, landing pages, push notifications).
- Ability to segment customers and create bespoke campaigns that drive immediate recall and conversion.
Digital Analytics & Reporting:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and subsequently execution.
- Analyse funnel data, user behaviour and campaign performance to extract actionable insights.
- Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI. Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance across acquisition and cross-sell
Who you are
- Proven track record in scaling digital acquisition and retention campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experienced in implementing Agile practices to drive team efficiency and project success.
- Strong command of digital platforms (Google ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), MarTech tools including Adobe Suite (Adobe Analytics, Target)
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working cross-functionally in matrix or agile environments
