To support the Credit Management team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial information while maintaining compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

 

Make An Impact By

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual credit-related budget and financial forecasts.
  • Support Free Cash Flow (FCF) analysis and working capital planning.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly bad debt provisions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Perform general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requirements.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and dashboards for credit performance, cashflow, and related financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to finance and credit management processes.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Associate Director.

Skills to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance from a reputable university.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis (experience with Big 4 is an advantage).
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or Singapore FRS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with integrity and accountability.
