• Raise application for Dark Fibers/DWDM between Singtel Exchanges/PoP/Data Centers for Domestic/International Network Infrastructure and follow up to get the link ready for usage.
• Raise application for cross connect at Data Centers for Domestic/International Network Infrastructure and follow up to get the link ready for usage.
• Raise application for Internet access at Singtel exchanges/PoPs for out-of-band access to Domestic/International Network Infrastructure and follow up to get the link ready for usage.
• Life Cycle Management (receive, install, commission, decommission, condemn, dispose) of the equipment in Singtel PoP.
• Liaise with vendors to deliver and install the network equipment, power disctibution borad in Singtel PoP.
• Documentation of Rack Layout, Equipment Layout, Fiber Connectivities, Power Distribution Board in Singtel PoP to facilitation the Commissioning.
• Work with Operation Team to resolve issues on physical infrastructure links.
• Support Asset Sighting at Singtel PoP for various audits.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in IP networking or telecommunications or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications technologies, in particular IP and MPLS.
• Basic technical knowledge of computer networking, including knowledge of hardware, protocols, and internet standards.
• To have the aptitude and attitude to continuously upgrade and refresh the knowledge in networking technologies.
• Good inter-personal, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills.
