The Senior Data Scientist will lead and oversee a range of simple to complex AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning projects, provide strategic insights through data analysis, and mentor junior data scientists. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional squads to address business challenges in various telco related domains (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Networks etc.) using advanced machine learning and data analysis techniques and ensuring robust deployment of solutions.

Make An Impact By

• Lead Data Science Projects: Take charge of planning, executing, and delivering complex data science projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain and foster relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and identifying data science innovation opportunities from their pain points.
• Advanced Model Development and Techniques: Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models ,data analysis techniques, and apply Generative AI where required to solve complex business problems.
• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Proven experience in successfully delivering data science projects in a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency in PySpark, PyTorch, Generative AI techniques and frameworks
  • Working Knowledge of building solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, and modern data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Databricks)
  • Strong knowledge of AI, data science, data analysis, data engineering, software engineering, and machine learning.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Business acumen and the ability to align data science projects with organizational goals.
