We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to support the Singtel Consumer Mobile portfolio for the foreign worker and tourist segments. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in product management, customer lifecycle management (CLM), and go-to-market strategy within one of Singapore’s most dynamic industries.

The role requires a curious and motivated team player who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow into a future product leader. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support product initiatives that drive customer growth, usage, and loyalty.

 

Make an Impact by

  • Support the management of the consumer mobile product portfolio for the foreign worker and tourist segments.
  • Assist in analysing customer insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Help design and execute CLM campaigns to drive customer retention, usage, and engagement.
  • Track and report on key business KPIs such as new acquisitions, ARPU, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams to support product launches, pricing reviews, and promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of value propositions and messaging.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Network, Customer Service) to support the delivery of product enhancements and customer experience improvements.
  • Provide administrative and project management support for product initiatives and presentations

 

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably at least 1–2 years of experience in telco, technology, marketing, or related industries
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong interest in telecommunications, digital products, and customer experience.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmen
