How you succeed

You’ll thrive by bridging the gap between traditional M&E systems and modern data-driven practices. Focus on understanding both the physical infrastructure and the data it generates. Embrace a proactive approach to problem-solving and data analysis. Successfully translating technical data into actionable insights for leadership will be key to your success.

What you do

  • Lead the implementation and management of data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) platforms.

  • Collaborate with M&E teams to align systems and ensure operational compliance.

  • Collect, analyse, and visualise data to identify optimisation opportunities.

  • Support daily data hall operations, including asset management.

  • Build dashboards and reports for executive-level communication.

Who you are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in data centre operations, understanding both white and grey space.

  • You are proficient in using infrastructure monitoring tools like DCIM, BMS, or EMS.

  • You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights.

  • You communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems in data centres

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable building dashboards and reports

  • Familiarity with capacity planning, energy optimisation, and sustainability metrics (PUE)

  • Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure knowledge

  • Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus

  • Experience in deploying and integrating DCIM platforms is a plus
