How you succeed
You will succeed by combining strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of our customers’ needs. You’ll articulate complex business challenges with clarity and precision, using data to inform strategic recommendations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various teams will be crucial to driving alignment and achieving impactful results.
What you do
- Deepen relationships with existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell via omni-channel, high and low touch communications
- Conduct data analysis to identify sub-segments and data triggers to push out relevant offer
- Partner with product and sales teams to co-create relevant banking solutions (e.g., loans, trade finance, digital tools) for SMEs.
- Collaborate with marketing and data analytics teams to design targeted campaigns and journeys.
- Strong focus on the customer journey in designing engagement plans
- Participate in ideation and design for digital cross-sell journeys
- Support Business Strategy Manager in business planning and management reporting.

Who you are
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience as product manager, business analyst, or a related analytical role. in SME banking, digital banks, fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis (e.g., Excel, VBA, Data visualization tools).
- Proven ability to articulate complex business problems using data and information.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity about current tech advancements across various spaces (banking, fintech, e-commerce, social media).
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving SME success
- Experience in campaign management for SME banking would be added advantage
