What you do:

1. Participate and assist in channel product development projects across the markets OCBC operate in

2. Assist in the planning, preparation and continuous refinement of the regional channel product roadmap across time horizons (short, mid and long terms)

3. Responsible for servicing customer escalations relating to channels defects and process issues

4. Responsible for collating data and producing business insights on channel penetration, utilisation, onboarding, customer / employee productivity and the volume / revenue of supported businesses including cash and trade

5. Responsible for conducting regular research on voice of customers and employees, competitive activities and development, as well as the latest industry technologies and trends affecting the corporate banking space

6. Drive marketing campaigns with key stakeholders and supporting participants to drive channel awareness, adoption and usage

7. Assist in the preparation of management reports to update key stakeholders, obtain buy-ins and support and address raised concerns and issues

8. Assist in various initiatives that drive customer excellence, and tracking customer satisfaction

Who you are:

  • 2 to 5 years of Channel management and/or Cash management experience

  • Experience and knowledge of trade products would be an added advantage

  • Passionate, committed, and self-motivated, possess a can-do and willing-to-learn attitude

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, work well under pressure and work effectively in a team.
